Because custom printed and embroidered items are made specifically for each order, returns and refunds depend on the issue and approval details.
Custom items
Approved custom products are generally not returnable for size changes, changed minds, or customer-provided artwork mistakes.
Production issues
If there is a production defect or the final item does not match the approved order details, contact UpRawr with photos and order info.
Before production
If an order has not entered production, changes/cancellations may be possible. Timing matters, so reach out quickly.
